It is my first time climbing. What should I do?
For this reason, we always recommend two choices for first-time climbers; our Intro Packages, which include the lesson, rental gear, and a day of climbing, or our monthly membership, which includes the same Intro Package, plus a month of climbing at all ten of our gyms, a guest pass, and all of the other perks that come with a membership for just a few dollars more than the price of one day. New climbers are always welcome to try out a monthly membership, and cancel it whenever they want with no cancellation fees. Please note that if it is your first time climbing in one of our facilities a day pass is not an available option and our Intro Package is required.
Do I need a reservation for my first visit, or are there specific times that I should come in or avoid coming?
My kids climb on everything. How old do they have to be to climb at Hangar 18?
I need to make a change to my membership, what should I do?
If you have an issue that needs to be resolved via email, be sure to give us enough information so that we can find your account. The information that you will need to include in your email is your full name, date of birth, which location your membership was purchased in, and your key-tag number. If you are contacting us regarding multiple memberships, be sure to include everyone’s information as well. You can email us by simply filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

Outside of these specific days, we are open 10am to 10pm Monday – Thursday, 10am to 9pm Friday, and 10am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.
